Cancellation

Your Stylist understands that sometimes you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, after all, things happen!
Please be respectful and kindly give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment.

If less than 24 hours notice is given a cancellation fee will be assessed.

  • 24-12 hours prior to appointment will be 25% of the services that were to be performed.
  • 12 hours or less prior to appointment time will be 50% of the services that were to be performed.

All charges incurred as a result of a cancellation or reschedule, as outlined in this policy, are due at or before rescheduling of “missed”
appointment. You will be invoiced through Square via the email address we have on file. Prompt payment is appreciated.

Your time is valuable and your Stylist works very hard to ensure that your appointment begins at the scheduled time.

We need your help in order to keep our schedule on track……So if you are running late for your appointment please note that after a 15 minute grace period, you may be asked to reschedule and consequently be subject to the Salon Kismet cancellation policy.

Children

Please refrain from bringing your child to the salon unless they have a scheduled appointment that day. This policy is not only for the safety of your childĀ but also to ensure a calm and relaxing environment for all of our clients

We Want You to Be Thrilled with the Services You Recieve

If adjustments need to be made, please note that all services are guaranteed for 1 week from the service date.

We do not issue refunds on services performed. We will perform other services in order to make any necessary adjustments. Services performed at another salon or with another person nullify our guarantee.
